NIGERIA TWITTER SPACE: AMPLIFYING DIASPORA VOICES IN THE ADVOCACY FOR VOTING RIGHTS

For Nigerians in the Diaspora, the highest priority is the ability to vote in Nigerian elections from abroad. This fundamental right should not be compromised, and everything else pales in comparison.

Join us for an unmissable conversation with the leading voices in the movement for Nigeria’s Diaspora Voting (DV). The special guests, each a respected expert in their field, include:

• 1. The face of Nigeria Diaspora, Prince Ade Omole, Chairman of Nigeria Diaspora Voting Council (NDVC).

• 2. Ambassador Alistair Soyode, Chairman of BEN TV in the United Kingdom, founded the first black-owned TV station in the United Kingdom.

• 3. The Diaspora 001 of Lagos state, Hon Jermaine Sanwo-Olu, Head Of Diaspora Affairs Lagos State Government.

• 4. A team of NDVC constitutional senior lawyers, including a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN).

The Twitter (X) Space will be hosted by @JermainSanwoolu and held on Sunday, September 1, 2024, from 7 p.m.

We will also be joined by the NDVC board and executive management team, as well as prominent officials from the NDVC Abuja team, including Hon. Omogbolahan Babawale Lukman, Alhaji AbdulRasaq Danjuma, and Hon. Ojo Muhsin Opeyemi. These esteemed executives have been tirelessly advocating for our cause, engaging with all 109 senators and 360 representatives at the National Assembly.
