The Oma Life Rescue Foundation (OLIRF) has officially opened registration for its flagship education initiative, “A Million Dreams Scholarship Project,” calling on underprivileged Nigerian children who are currently out of school to apply for support.

The scholarship project is designed to provide educational assistance to vulnerable children across the country, with the goal of restoring hope, reducing the number of out-of-school children, and empowering young Nigerians to achieve their dreams through education.

Announcing the initiative, the Chief Executive Officer of the foundation, Dr. Omanibe Blessing Ameh-Sanusi, appealed to well-meaning Nigerians, corporate organisations, and development partners to support the project and help transform lives through education.

“Education remains one of the strongest tools for breaking the cycle of poverty. Through the A Million Dreams Scholarship Project, we are calling on compassionate Nigerians to join us in giving children the opportunity to dream again and build a better future,” Dr. Ameh-Sanusi said.

She emphasized that the project is not just about financial aid, but about restoring dignity, hope, and long-term opportunities for children from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Also speaking on the initiative, the Director of Programs at Oma Life Rescue Foundation, Hon. Shuaibu Ishaq Onakpa, urged underprivileged children and their guardians to take advantage of the opportunity by registering on the foundation’s website https://omalifefoundation.org/view-events/.

“Many children have dreams that are dying simply because they lack access to education. This scholarship project is a lifeline, and we encourage eligible children and guardians to register promptly to stand a chance of being supported,” Hon. Shuaibu stated.

He made the call while addressing newsmen in Abuja on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, stressing that the foundation is committed to transparent selection processes and genuine impact.

Interested applicants are advised to register via the foundation’s official website, while individuals and organisations willing to sponsor or partner with the initiative can also reach out through the foundation’s contact channels.

The A Million Dreams Scholarship Project aligns with OLIRF’s broader mission of social intervention, youth development, and educational empowerment, reinforcing the belief that every child deserves a chance and one scholarship can truly change a life
