INCENTIVE: ACCESS TO INDUSTRIAL ESTATES AND LAYOUTS

The Akwa Ibom State Government which is always innovating has mapped out a “special territory” equipped with the exact infrastructure for the ease of doing business.
The project has been lauded as appropriate as it is the desired alternative by experts and interest groups to meet the current infrastructure deficit and sustain the inflow of foreign direct investment.
This special territory termed the Industrial Estates and Layouts is an industrial policy instrument designed by the government to attract investment with the ultimate objective of achieving increased growth and development.
This move with the requisite information is a potent challenge to all indigenes, especially those in the Diaspora, to interface with international developmental organizations and foreign investors to build resilient infrastructure and promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization that will foster innovation given the state government’s ARISE agenda.
