HAPPY NEW YEAR & WELCOME TO JANUARY!

As we step into a new year, the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Diaspora Matters welcomes January with hope, purpose, and renewed commitment to service. This season marks a fresh chapter to strengthen partnerships, deepen diaspora engagement, and advance initiatives that contribute meaningfully to the growth of Akwa Ibom State.

Guided by faith and vision, we look forward to a year of collaboration, progress, and impact across our global community. As Scripture reminds us, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future” (Jeremiah 29:11).

May this new year bring clarity, unity, and divine guidance as we work together to build a stronger Akwa Ibom—at home and across the diaspora.

Happy New Year. Welcome to January.
