A Nigerian-born fashion designer and founder of Fifi Stitches, Esther Adeosun, has taken her craft beyond borders, showcasing her designs at the prestigious Nexus Mehfil – Eid Special Fashion Showcase 2026 in London, United Kingdom.
Held in Mayfair, the event brought together a carefully curated selection of designers celebrating modest fashion, culture, and contemporary elegance. Among them, Fifi Stitches stood out, presenting pieces that seamlessly bridged Nigerian craftsmanship with modern global aesthetics.
A statement shared with Sunday Scoop noted that her collection embraced flowing silhouettes, rich fabric textures, and an air of effortless femininity.
What made the showcase particularly striking was how effortlessly the designs translated on an international runway. Without losing its Nigerian identity, the collection resonated with a diverse London audience, proving that authentic design does not need to be altered to achieve global appeal.
It added, “Fifi Stitches, a growing fashion brand known for its attention to detail and refined tailoring, continues to build a reputation for creating pieces that are both culturally grounded and universally appealing. From bespoke tailoring to statement occasion wear, the brand has steadily carved a niche among fashion enthusiasts who value quality and individuality.”
The Nexus Mehfil showcase, organised by Centurion Staunch Runways, also featured collaborations with jewellery designers, beauty professionals, and creative stylists, creating a fully immersive fashion experience. Yet, even within this vibrant setting, Fifi Stitches maintained a quiet confidence that drew attention without demanding it.
