The United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement has added 10 Nigerians to the Department of Homeland Security’s “Worst of the Worst” register, with the individuals listed for offences ranging from fraud and identity theft to child-related and drug offences.
The latest update was seen by our correspondent on Friday on the official DHS website, which identifies the individuals as criminal immigrants arrested by ICE.
The 10 Nigerians and the offences listed against them are:
Temitope Bashua — Fraud by wire, identity theft and fraud — Allenwood, Pennsylvania
Ojehoro Lewis — Cruelty toward child — Conroe, Texas
Osemudiamen Kingsley Oziegbe — Fraud by wire — Louisville, Kentucky
Daniel Oworen — Dangerous drugs — Conroe, Texas
Raymond H. Ekevwo — Fraud by wire — Oxford, Wisconsin
Franklin Dikeocha — Sex offence against child – fondling — Dallas, Texas
Johnson Ogunlana — Fraud and identity theft — White Deer, Pennsylvania
Chukwuemeka Okorocha — Fraud by wire, dangerous drugs, possession of weapon and aggravated assault, non-family gun — Allenwood, Pennsylvania
Tunde Korede — Conspiracy — Allenwood, Pennsylvania
Chukwuemeka Chinye — Larceny from a banking-type institution, fraud, larceny, identity theft and conspiracy — Pollock, Louisiana
DHS said the register was created to highlight what it described as the “worst of worst criminal aliens” arrested by ICE.
“Under DHS leadership, the hardworking men and women of DHS and ICE are fulfilling President Trump’s promise and carrying out mass deportations – starting with the worst of the worst – including the illegal aliens you see here,” the department said.

The latest update follows a list published by DHS in July, which included 124 Nigerians arrested by ICE and identified on the department’s “Worst of the Worst” register.
The PUNCH reported on July 9, 2026, that the US government had published the names and photographs of the 124 Nigerians, who were listed in connection with various criminal offences.
However, the July publication did not provide specific dates for the deportation of the Nigerians listed.
Similarly, the latest update does not provide a deportation date or timeline for any of the 10 Nigerians added to the register.
The latest list also does not state that the individuals have been deported, but identifies them as people arrested by ICE and lists the offences associated with their cases.
The 10 names in the latest update were not among the 124 Nigerians contained in the July list previously reported by The PUNCH.
