GOV ENO DONATES HOUSE, CASH TO A WIDOW IN ETINAN

As Etinan people continue to count their infrastructural and human capital development gains in the Umo Eno administration, the Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno has donated a fully-furnished two-bedroom bungalow, and a cash gift of N500,000 to a widow, Madam Affiong Sunday David, in Etinan Local Government Area.

Represented by the Commissioner for Information, Comrade Ini Emembong, the Governor presented the house documents, and cash today to Madam Affiong who lost her husband over three decades ago, and also directed that she be given comprehensive medical attention.

Responding, the beneficiary, Madam David expressed gratitude to the Governor for his kindness and prayed for God’s unending blessings on him and his family.

Stakeholders, including the Transition Chairman, Hon. Uko Umoh, HSA on Humanitarian Services, Mrs. Ime Essien, and Paramount Ruler, HRM Edidem Akpanobong, applauded the Governor for his good works and love for the Etinan people.

They acknowledged that his administration had touched the lives of people at the grassroots and assured him of massive votes from the Etinan people in appreciation of his superlative performance and compassionate disposition.
