A Nigerian healthcare professional, Dr Chidebelu Ufodike, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of New Jersey Urology, an affiliate of United States Urology Partners.

The centre, a leading provider of urology and cancer care services, described Ufodike’s appointment as “a perfect addition” to its leadership team.

Director of New Jersey Urology’s Centre for Advanced Therapeutics, Dr Gordon Brown, said, “His focus on preserving excellent patient outcomes while expanding access to new services will allow New Jersey Urology to continue providing best-in-class care across the region.”

Reacting to his appointment, Ufodike said, “I’m excited to join New Jersey Urology and partner with a team committed to high-quality, patient-centred care. I look forward to strengthening operations, expanding access, and supporting the continued growth of this practice.”

Ufodike previously served as Vice President of Pharmacy Inventory Management and Working Capital at Walgreens Boots Alliance, where he supervised enterprise initiatives across more than 8,000 locations, managing over $75 billion in pharmacy inventory nationwide.
