UCCDA BOSS HARPS ON INCREASED AND EFFECTIVE PRODUCTIVITY …moves to provide an exciting working experience

Upon his assumption of office, the Executive Chairman of UCCDA, Rt Hon Anietie Eka during his inaugural speech made some policy statements which has guided his operations. On his directives, the UCCDA Boss ordered for staff performance assessment in view of getting to know the strengths and challenges of the workplace in order to proffer prompt solutions where necessary.

While addressing heads of units in his office, Eka reiterated his commitment to staff welfare, in his words” I want to move UCCDA from where we are to a more productive and exciting work experience that we will all be proud of. I said we will change the narrative of UCCDA, today, it is a reality'”.

Eka said he is poised to continue to add value into the system in support of the ARISE agenda of His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno. He maintained that he intends to create synergy with other sister Agencies for effective output. The former law Maker lauded the Management and Staff of UCCDA for their support and cooperation in working the vision and particularly thanked His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno for giving him an opportunity to serve and the members of the committee headed by his Chief of Staff, Elder Ndanti Ekuh for the tedious assessment adding that it has surpassed his expectations.

While submitting the assessment report to the Executive Chairman,
the head of Administration/Secretary of the Authority, ADM Anietie Akpan applauded the Executive Chairman for walking the talk. He said, the Chairman has effectively monitored and followed the blueprints brought in during his assumption of office and is working assiduously to carry them out.

During the report, various challenges facing the workers were identified and stable course of action is underway to
enhance performance.

In his vote of thanks, the Head of Administration, ADM Akpan, thanked God for the gift of life. He also thanked His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno for the gift of Rt Hon Anietie Eka to UCCDA and commended the Staff for their selfless services and urged them to do more .
